2. How We Use Your Information

To create and verify user accounts (via Google Sign-In and OTP).
To allow an Admin to create a society profile and generate a unique society code.
To allow members to join an existing society using that society code.
To record, store, and display society income, expenses, and balance on the dashboard.
To allow Admins to upload bill/receipt photos as supporting proof for expenses.
To maintain and improve the functioning and reliability of the App.

3. Data Storage and Security

All society, member, and financial data is securely transmitted to and stored on our backend server/API. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information entered by an Admin (such as society balance, expenses, and bill photos) is visible only to members who have joined that specific society using the valid society code.

We do not share your data with advertisers or external marketing companies.

5. Camera and Storage Permissions

The App requests Camera and Storage/Photo permissions solely to allow Admins to capture or select bill/receipt images for expense records. These permissions are not used for any other purpose, and images are not accessed without explicit user action.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for use by adults managing residential society/community accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account or society remains active on the App. If you wish to delete your account or request removal of your data, please contact us using the details below.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you.
You may request correction or deletion of your data.
You may withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the App and contacting us to delete your account.
