All society, member, and financial data is securely transmitted to and stored on our backend server/API. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information entered by an Admin (such as society balance, expenses, and bill photos) is visible only to members who have joined that specific society using the valid society code.

We do not share your data with advertisers or external marketing companies.

The App requests Camera and Storage/Photo permissions solely to allow Admins to capture or select bill/receipt images for expense records. These permissions are not used for any other purpose, and images are not accessed without explicit user action.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for use by adults managing residential society/community accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
